The CommunityVotes Kelowna 2026 results are in. Shooting Stars Photo Booth won in three categories. That brings our 2026 total to five community awards, and it makes “award winning photo booth in Kelowna” something we can finally say without blushing.

What CommunityVotes Is

CommunityVotes runs annual awards in cities across North America. No judges. No entry fees for placement. People in Kelowna nominate local businesses, then vote for the ones they actually use and trust.

That’s the part that matters to us. Platinum isn’t something you can buy. It’s people who stood in front of our booth at a wedding or a corporate party, took their prints home, and remembered us when voting opened.

Five Awards in 2026

Earlier this year, Kelowna voted us Silver for Photo Booth and Bronze for Party Rentals at the Best of Kelowna awards. We wrote about that win and about the celebration night at Red Bird Brewing.

Now CommunityVotes adds three more. Two Platinums and a Top Pick.

Five community awards in a single year. We just passed our first anniversary as a company. Reading that sentence back still feels a little unreal.

Why We Think It Keeps Happening

We offer nine photo booth experiences in one booking, from Open-Air to Audio Guestbook. We run the only overhead Sky 360 booth in the Okanagan. We publish our pricing right on the website, from $642 CAD, so nobody has to fill out a form just to learn what things cost. And our attendant stays from setup to breakdown at every single event.

But none of that wins awards on its own. What wins awards is how people feel at the booth. Our job is to make sure every guest walks away with a print in their hand and a reason to smile. Kelowna noticed. Twice now.
