At Shooting Stars Photo Booth Ltd., we respect your right to control your personal information. This page explains how to request deletion of any data we hold about you, including data from our website forms, analytics tools, and our AI-powered Instagram assistant, Stella. All requests are handled in compliance with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
If you submitted a quote or contact request through our website, your name, email address, and phone number were sent to our team by email. This data is not stored in a public database, it lives in our team inbox and, if we followed up, in our internal CRM.
To have this removed from our records, email us at imastar@shooting-stars.ca with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your name and the email address you used. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
If you have messaged us on Instagram, your conversation may have been handled by Stella and saved to our CRM (Notion). You have two ways to remove this data:

Email imastar@shooting-stars.ca with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your full name and Instagram handle. We will permanently purge your data from our systems within 48 hours.
Our website uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site. Neither tool collects your name or contact details, data is anonymized. If you would like to opt out:
